** PLEASE READ THE REST BEFORE PURCHASING**

Pieces and parts of mug toppers can become dislodged in shipping, it simply needs a little glue and it will be good as new. I cannot control package handlers, as much as I wish I could, and it is my hope that my creations get to you safe and secure. In the event that something has broken off, please see if it will be a simple fix with glue before getting in contact with me. If it is something more serious, please contact me with pictures and we can decide what to do next. A simple missing piece or the like will not be grounds for return or exchange, thank you so much for understanding. By ordering a topper you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy

-Most of Berry & Sage’s orders are custom orders or ready to ship and therefore all sales are final and can’t be returned or exchanged. Clothing items are usually made to order and therefore considered custom made, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Everything is handmade and therefore slight differences between products may be noted, refunds are not issued for this as is expected with handmade items. By purchasing you accept these terms. All efforts are made to make the best quality items and all custom items are to be considered one-of-a-kind items.

-Please read listings in their entirety prior to purchasing. If you have any questions, please email prior to purchasing!

-If your order arrives damaged, please email me. Please include photos of damage. I must be contacted within 24 hours of you receiving product that is damaged to be eligible for refund.

-Resolution will be made on a case-by-case basis, either replacement if possible or repairing them item for you. If refund will be issued, item(s) must be returned to seller at your cost within 7 days, the item(s) will be replaced at no cost to you.

-Cancellations are not accepted at this time, please take your time in choosing the correct sizes, colors, and styles. Please review sizing charts thoroughly.

-Care instructions are included with every order and any damage incurred due to not following said instructions are not seller’s fault and exchanges and returns will not be accepted or issued.

-Mistakes due to seller will be replaced, should this happen.

-If item(s) are needed for an event (birthday, bachelorette party, wedding, graduation, family reunion, etc.) (**NO LATER THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT) please send a message with the following information and all efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

-Correct spelling of name

-Correct address of recipient, in its entirety, as I am not responsible for undeliverable packages or packages sent to the wrong location and refunds will not be issued for such.



-All item(s) are made of highest-grade ingredients (beauty, spa, or candles). Seller is not responsible for any issues that incur due to buyer not properly using products or if you are allergic to them. Perform a patch test on wrist of any spa products prior to use, if redness or irritation of any kind incur stop use immediately. Contact your physician prior to use. Do not use spa products on sensitive, irritated or on open cracks on the skin or wounds. Seller is not responsible for any adverse effects of any products, or of misuse of products.



-**Do NOT leave candles unattended at any time! Seller is NOT responsible for anything that happens with candles, especially left unsupervised. Use candles at your own risk, always in a well-ventilated area that is always within eye sight. Never leave your candles alone even for a minute. If allergic to scents discontinue use immediately. Seller is not responsible for any adverse effects of burning candles or use of products. All candles are made of the highest quality soy and coconut waxes and the highest quality candle scents for maximum scent throw and cleanest burn.



**Do NOT consume any part of any item or packaging, nothing we sell is edible!



-Please be advised that payment is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation, as you are booking the artist’s time and blocking out the day (for events only).



Shipping

-Please note that all custom orders and bulk orders are nonrefundable and are made to order, and as such, please allow 2-3 weeks for production, (although is usually sooner). Standard shipping usually arrives within 1-2 weeks, please allow for this on top of production time before contacting USPS or seller about order. Please be patient as I make every effort to get orders out asap.

-If your order will be delayed beyond this timeframe Berry & Sage will email you asap. Most orders are shipped via USPS and Berry & Sage will have tracking for item to ensure it arrives at the destination. Tracking number can be given upon request.

-If there are issues with delivery, check that your address on order is complete and correct as is out of my control if this is not accurate and I am not responsible for missing orders due to this.

-If your address is correct and complete and package was not delivered, please contact your local USPS (USPS.com) and file a missing package claim, again I am not responsible for failed deliveries.

-I cannot issue refunds due to shipping delays that are out of my control, and such delays may be expected due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
